What we provide

AceAssignments provides model answers, worked examples, research assistance, drafting support, data analysis and reference material for study purposes. Our material is written by human subject-matter experts and supplied to help you understand a topic, see how a strong response is structured, and produce your own work to a higher standard.

How our material is intended to be used

• As a model to study, so you can see what a high-scoring response looks like.
• As a research and reading starting point, using the sources we cite.
• As structural guidance for your own argument and organisation.
• As feedback on work you have already written, through our editing service.

Your responsibility

Every university, college and awarding body sets its own academic integrity regulations, and most restrict or prohibit submitting work you did not produce yourself. You are responsible for reading your institution’s regulations and for how you use anything we supply. We cannot make those rules apply differently to you, and we will not tell you they do not apply.

The law where you study

Several of the countries we serve legislate specifically on academic cheating services. These laws are directed at providers, but they exist because the underlying conduct is taken seriously and the consequences for students are real:

• England: Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022, sections 11 and 12. Offences of providing, arranging or advertising contract cheating services.
• Ireland: Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) (Amendment) Act 2019, section 43A. Offences relating to providing or advertising cheating services.
• Australia: Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011, section 114A. Offences of providing or advertising academic cheating services.
• New Zealand: Education and Training Act 2020. Provisions prohibiting provision and advertising of cheating services.
• United States, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands: no equivalent national criminal statute at the time of writing, though several US states legislate on the sale of academic work, and institutional penalties apply everywhere.

Institutional consequences for submitting work you did not write typically range from a mark of zero to expulsion, and for international students can affect visa and post-study work status. Take that seriously when deciding how to use any material, from us or anyone else.

What we will not do

• Sit an exam, log into your student account, or impersonate you in any way.
• Guarantee a grade or a specific detector result.
• Resell your work, publish it, or upload it to any study platform.
• Ask you for identity documents such as a passport or student ID.
• Tell you that your institution’s rules do not apply.
