Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible, because in this category privacy is the product. Here is exactly what we hold and why.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp number and first name. Needed to talk to you and deliver the work.
- The documents you send. Briefs, rubrics, datasets, drafts, feedback.
- Payment confirmation. We see that a payment succeeded. Card details go to the payment processor and never reach us.
- Basic site analytics. Aggregate page views, with no attempt to identify individual visitors.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for your passport, national ID, student ID, university login, date of birth or home address. If anyone claiming to be us asks for these, it is not us.
Why we hold it
To quote your work, produce it, deliver it, revise it and invoice you. That is the entire purpose. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.
Who sees it
- The subject expert assigned to your order, for the duration of that order.
- Our payment processor, for the payment itself.
- Nobody else. We never disclose you as a client to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Order documents: deleted 90 days after the order is completed and paid.
- Message history: retained while you are an active client, then deleted on request.
- Invoices: retained as long as tax law requires.
Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, subject to those tax obligations.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, receive a copy of it, and object to processing. Message hello@aceassignments.com and we will act within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run is aggregate and cookie-free.
Security
Messages are carried over WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption. Documents are stored on access-controlled systems and deleted on the schedule above. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you promptly and directly.
