Terms of service

Plain-English terms covering how orders, quotes, revisions and payment work. Ordering from us means accepting these.

1. Who we are

AceAssignments (“we”, “us”) operates aceassignments.com and provides academic support material as described in our academic integrity policy. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 62387 10971 or by email at hello@aceassignments.com.

2. What you are buying

You are commissioning original written material, analysis, code or slides prepared by a subject-matter expert, supplied for study and reference purposes. You are responsible for how you use it and for complying with your institution’s regulations and any applicable law in your country.

3. Placing an order

  • Orders are placed by message. There is no account and no order form.
  • You provide the brief, marking criteria, referencing style, word count and deadline. The accuracy of what you send determines what you receive.
  • We confirm a fixed quote and a deadline before work begins. Work starts only once you confirm.
  • We may decline any order, most often because we do not have a genuine specialist in the field, or because the request falls outside what we will do.

4. Pricing and quotes

  • Prices start at $30 and are quoted per assignment.
  • The quote is fixed once confirmed. It does not change unless you materially change the brief: a larger word count, an earlier deadline, or added scope such as data analysis.
  • Any change to the quote is agreed with you in writing before we proceed.

5. Payment

  • No payment is due before delivery. We take no deposit and hold no card details. You receive the completed work before any money changes hands.
  • Payment becomes due on delivery of the completed work. Ordering means agreeing to pay the quoted price once the work has been delivered and meets the brief you supplied.
  • If the delivered work does not meet the brief, the remedy is revision, not cancellation. Revisions are free and unlimited, and payment falls due once the work meets the brief.
  • If we are genuinely unable to produce work meeting the agreed brief, we cancel the order and nothing is charged.
  • The standard is whether the work matches the brief, marking criteria and instructions you provided. It is not a matter of preference, and it is not the grade you are awarded, which is decided by your marker.
  • We accept card, PayPal and Wise, in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD or NZD.

6. Revisions

  • Revisions are unlimited and free, with no time limit, for work matching the original brief. They are the agreed remedy where delivered work falls short of that brief.
  • Changes that alter the original brief, such as a different question, a substantially larger word count or a new dataset, are treated as new work and re-quoted before we start.

7. Deadlines

We deliver by the agreed deadline. If we anticipate a delay we will tell you as soon as we know, not after the fact. Where a delay is our fault and causes you a problem, we will agree a reduction or waive the fee. Since payment happens after delivery, you are never left chasing money you have already handed over.

8. Ownership and confidentiality

  • On payment, ownership of the delivered material passes to you.
  • We do not resell, republish, reuse or upload your work anywhere, and we do not keep it as a sample.
  • Your documents are shared only with the assigned expert, and we never ask for identity documents.

9. What we do not guarantee

  • Grades. Your marker decides your grade. Our reported average is 92% and that is a historical average, not a prediction.
  • Detector results. AI-detection tools produce false positives on human writing. We supply the report so you can see the result before paying; we cannot control what any institution’s tooling reports.
  • Outcomes at your institution. How you use the material is your decision and your responsibility.

10. Acceptable use

We will not sit exams, log into your accounts, impersonate you, or produce material intended to deceive an identity check. We may refuse or stop work on any order we believe is intended for such use, and we will say why.

11. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for academic penalties, institutional decisions or consequential losses arising from how you choose to use the material. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when your quote was confirmed.
